Description on Goodreads:

To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before is the story of Lara Jean, who has never openly admitted her crushes, but instead wrote each boy a letter about how she felt, sealed it, and hid it in a box under her bed. But one day Lara Jean discovers that somehow her secret box of letters has been mailed, causing all her crushes from her past to confront her about the letters: her first kiss, the boy from summer camp, even her sister's ex-boyfriend, Josh. As she learns to deal with her past loves face to face, Lara Jean discovers that something good may come out of these letters after all.

Review:

When going into this book, I had no idea what to expect. It was slightly different from what I had normally been reading. It was exactly what I needed too.

Lara Jean is the middle child, caught between an older sister who is leaving soon for college and having to pick up her slack, and a bratty younger sister, she is now the one person who holds the house together while her father does his job.

Lara has her own unique way of dealing with heartbreak. She writes her lost love a letter, and places it in a box under her bed... then forgets about it. That is, until one day it ends up empty and the boys she wrote too, end up getting the letters. Including her older sisters ex boyfriend... their next door neighbour.

This story was something I would really recommend to anyone who has dealt with heartbreak, sisterly love, drama and emotions caught between the blades of trust and loyality.

My Rating: 5/5

Would I/Who would I recommend it (too):

Anyone with a need for a cute book with, a serious undertone, confusing relationships and family love.
